Today marks the conclusion of my first RSM World Conference as Global CEO. It has been a truly memorable week, hosted by the incredible RSM - Singapore team. The hospitality and care shown by everyone have been nothing short of exemplary, alongside the meticulous planning from our Global Executive Office Events team. The conference has provided an opportunity for colleagues and friends to reconnect and forge new bonds. With a collaborative focus on driving future initiatives, identifying cross-border opportunities, and leveraging our worldwide skills and expertise, our teams continue to embody our organisation's commitment to 'Be Global'. Thank you to everyone involved for contributing to such a remarkable event! As I look forward to journeying home to spend quality time with family and friends after a busy yet fulfilling week, I feel energised about the future of RSM as we continue to drive towards our 2030 Global Strategy. #RSM

Colleagues from our Global Executive Office came together in the London office this week to catch up and spend some time away from their desks as part of a 'Time to talk' session. This gathering provided an opportunity to reconnect with colleagues and discuss methods and tips for protecting mental health in the workplace and while working remotely. 🧠 It was also an added bonus that the gathering incorporated some homemade treats for colleagues to purchase, with the proceeds going to Macmillan Cancer Support. 💚 It is fair to say that some of the cakes were certainly worthy of competing in The Great British Bake Off! 🍰 #WorldMentalHealthDay
