The Office Echo-System: From Insights to Action 🚀 We've discussed collecting and analysing employee feedback, BUT here's the million-dollar question 💸 What happens next? Let's dive into the power of feedback loops - the secret sauce that turns insights into tangible workplace improvements. What is a feedback loop? It's a continuous cycle of: 1️⃣ Collecting feedback 2️⃣ Analysing for insights 3️⃣ Taking action based on those insights 4️⃣ Communicating changes back to employees 5️⃣ Monitoring the impact Did you know? 💥 Organisations with established feedback loops are 1.4 times more likely to report high levels of employee engagement (Qualtrics XM Institute, 2022) 💥 Companies that regularly act on employee feedback see a 14.9% increase in employee productivity (Gallup, 2021) The real magic happens when employees see their input driving real change - it's about responding, acting, and evolving. Question for reflection ➡ How do you 'close the loop' in your organisation? What's been your most successful feedback-driven initiative? #ActionableInsights #GRC #ComplianceAnalytics #CovetedWorkplaces

🚨 Need for Speed: Workplace Reporting Edition 🚨 Yesterday, we explored the user-friendliness of reporting systems ➡ Today, let's tackle another critical aspect: How quickly does your organisation acknowledge and act on reported concerns? In our fast-paced world, timely responses aren't just appreciated—they're expected. This applies to workplace concerns too. Consider these points: ❓Does your team have a set timeframe for the initial acknowledgement of reports? ❓Are there clear protocols for escalation and action based on the nature of the concern? ❓How do you communicate progress and outcomes to reporters? Illuminating insights: 💡 A study by the ECI found that 81% of employees who reported misconduct and were satisfied with the response said they would report again in the future. 💡 According to SHRM, organisations that respond to and resolve issues within 30 days experience 50% fewer legal claims compared to those with longer resolution times. Swift, thoughtful responses don't just resolve issues—they build trust and encourage future reporting. What strategies has your organisation implemented to ensure prompt handling of reported concerns? #WorkplaceCulture #Reporting #Compliance #CovetedWorkplaces

📲 App-titude Test: Is Your Reporting Process Smartphone-Ready? On Friday, we discussed how robust reporting systems contribute to creating coveted workplaces. Today, let's zoom in on a crucial question ➡ Is your reporting process as user-friendly as your customer-facing apps? We can order lunch, book a vacation, and manage our finances with a few taps, shouldn't reporting workplace concerns be just as seamless? Brainstorm boosters: 1️⃣ Would your employees rather use your reporting system or fill out a paper form? 2️⃣ Can concerns be reported as easily as posting on social media? 3️⃣ Does your system offer the same accessibility and responsiveness as modern banking apps? 🌟 According to a 2021 study by Gartner, organisations that make it easy for employees to voice their concerns see a 75% increase in the likelihood of employees reporting misconduct. The goal isn't just to have a reporting system—it's to have one that employees actually want to use. What features would make your reporting process irresistibly user-friendly? Share your ideas below ⬇ #EmployeeReporting #UserExperience #ComplianceTech #CovetedWorkplaces

Award-Winning Founding Team @ Safe Workplace | I help Ethics and Compliance Leaders Improve Data, Process, Consistency, Cohesion and Speed

Ditch the fancy GTM systems, understand your customer, be a part of their community, and then automate. 🤓 I had the pleasure of hosting what is hopefully the first of many Safe Workplace B2B Knowledge Sharing and Strategy Discussions for CEOs, Founders, and GTM professionals in our network! 🚀 Shoutout to all who made it worthwhile. 👏 What was clear was the success in community-led sales being key to brand building and early traction. GTM systems will only bring traction if you nail that key principle - This applied to many of the B2B industries that were in the room. Simply put: Build brand 1st. Then layer on a GTM system to amplify the traction. 💨 Other takeaways: Content is king: Inbound leads through valuable content creation are game-changers. Value-led approach: It's not just about selling; it's about solving real problems for our clients. The power of referrals: Building strong relationships pays dividends in driving business growth. Personalisation is key: In a world of automation, the human touch still makes all the difference. Evolving talent landscape: We're seeing a shift towards specialised sales roles - adapting our hiring strategies is crucial. Balancing act: Finding the sweet spot between base salaries and achievable commission targets. Community-led sales: key to sustainable growth. ✳ Bonus: Keep an eye on tools like Kula, Clay and Twain for innovative pipeline generation. Looking forward to the next one. 🤝 #SalesLeadership #StartupGrowth #GTMStrategy #SalesInnovation

From Far to Fair: Reshaping Workplace Culture Recent events across the UK have left many people feeling vulnerable and frightened. The effects of this will be felt across every aspect of our lives and human interactions, particularly where we all spend most of our day - at work. So we’re doing what we can -  For the remainder of August, we're offering our employee reporting and support tools for free to any employer committed to improving their employee reporting experience and taking a proactive stance on psychological safety and employee wellbeing. As incredible as our cultural efforts are, we cannot be everywhere, in every moment, relying on our open-door policies. A culture of empathy should in our opinion be driven by employee tools that actually help to bridge the gap when the need arises. Our colleagues and friends will be feeling and experiencing emotions and anxieties some of us will (fortunately) never relate to. And so: ➡ Give your people the best tools. Educate, educate, educate but equally, empower. Trust and openness are then a by-product. ➡ Equip your managers with tools to document concerns early and quickly and respond appropriately. ➡ Good reporting outlets do not equal more work, it leads to a more transparent, smarter and inclusive environment. ➡ When people feel heard, overall job satisfaction and productivity improve. ➡ Learning about concerns early puts you on the front foot, tells you where and what to improve quickly and protects your talent, your culture and your bottom line. By prioritising effective reporting and support channels, you're not just addressing concerns, you're facilitating open communication, founded on trust and safety, that is not predicated on “mustering up the courage” but meets people where they are when they are vulnerable and need support.  As a business leader, you learn about concerns sooner and can proactively help and support, faster. Good for people and good for business. Our focus is to build inclusive and thriving organisations where people's opinions, feelings, fears and concerns are heard and considered fairly, without fear of retribution. It's time for heightened empathy and support. Let's stand together against intolerance and create workplaces where everyone does not simply feel like they belong, but knows it. #WorkplaceCulture #EmployeeWellbeing #Inclusion #SafeguardingYourCulture Image Credit: Thank you Steven Bartlett
