💥 International women’s Day 💥 Saturday 8th March marked a significant day for women across the globe. We want to take this opportunity to highlight the significant steps taking place in our industry; specifically at our plaster plant in Jhagadia, India. The Gujarat government (India) has granted permission for female employees to work 3 shift patterns (morning, afternoon and night). This means that there is no longer any restrictions and women are now able to work the same shift patterns as their peers - this is a significant moment for organisations in Gujarat! 🙌 This really reflects our ongoing efforts and commitment to create equal opportunities for all, by fostering diversity across the globe and creating a safe and inclusive environment for women everywhere. 🚗 Safety First: Our Driver Safety Training with ADAC The safety of our employees is our top priority. That’s why we regularly invest in training to ensure that our team (from trainees to experienced professionals), are always well-prepared. In december, we participated in an intensive driver safety training session with ADAC. It wasn’t just about improving driving techniques but also staying calm and in control during critical situations. By being prepared, it means driving safer – protecting ourselves and everyone on the road. Why do we invest in these trainings? ✅ Our employees are our greatest asset. ✅ Safety isn’t a given – it’s a continuous commitment. ✅ We take responsibility for our team and all road users.
