With the Tour De France coming to the UK it made me reflect on Saint Piran Pro Cycling We had ….. World Champions Olympic medalists indeed 50% of the GB pursuit squad were from Saint Piran ten other teams being INEOS Grenadiers Cycling Team and Israel – Premier Tech / Israel Cycling Academy We inspired in the UK and Europe , China and Japan . We gave opportunities in UK races to younger riders having in 2023 won every single National Elite Level domestic race . Saint Piran targeted the Tour of Britain the UK’s premier Union Cycliste Internationale stage race . What does it take to operate at this level ? Where does a Continental team fit in the ecosystem?
