AI takes care of routine tasks, giving HR the space to focus on what really matters. - DEI as a strategic business tool: Leaders must take ownership of DEI outcomes by creating role-specific responsibilities and implementing accountability measures, with DEI experts guiding strategy. - Data-driven HR is the future: From predictive hiring to real-time feedback, data helps improve workforce planning and create personalized employee experiences.
