Sano was founded in November 2020 by David Jones and Ross Shenton, who have a bold vision to revolutionise residential properties' design, construction, and management. Driven to create the world’s healthiest homes, Sano draws on Ross’s personal journey of overcoming health issues caused by mould exposure. The journey began in May 2021 when we filed the first patent applications for our innovative M-DOCK® hybrid building construction system. Since those early days, we've made significant strides, expanding our portfolio from a few initial patent filings to over 100 pending and granted patents today. Our patents cover various cutting-edge technologies, including modular and hybrid building systems, advanced construction techniques, building sensing innovations, and AI-driven control systems.  We've secured patent applications in key regions such as the UK, the USA, and Europe. Though we're a small start-up, our focus on intellectual property is driving our growth and innovation.
