All of this is the result of a transformation in our design approach, which today revolves around the platform concept. This involves achieving maximum optimisation of production processes and investments, reduced consumption, and greater sustainability, to the benefit of both ourselves and our customers. This was made possible thanks to the hard work of the project team, who always performed with dedication, tenacity and positivity, and to whom I am extremely grateful. Here's a throwback to the brilliant UK Coffee Week event hosted at the Sanremo hub last week. The event was a showcase to raise funds for Project Waterfall, which aims to bring drinking water to coffee growing communities. This year, funds raised are supporting a project in the Bugesera district of Rwanda which will reach over 46,000 people with clean drinking water and sanitation.
