I am a strong believer in having more than at least one single stream of income. At least from a financial literacy perspective. So, I like to lead by example. Whilst I enjoy educating kids and youths on how to be financially confident and competent, I also enjoy doing other things. I love being orderly. I love finding out new things. Having worked within the public housing sector here in the UK for almost 20 years, I gained so many transferable skills. Combining these transferable skills with my love of being orderly led me to delve into the Virtual Assistant work as well. Yes, yes, yes. Research! AI Research to be precise. I love it. Another source of income. Within a few months of me taking a VA and tech training, I was able to become a Top Rated VA in Research.

Here are 5 financial red flags from an article I read in one of my favourite magazines: 1. There's reckless splurging behind your back by your partner. 2. You're always picking up the bill. 3. Your partner avoids discussing your financial future. 4. Your partner disagrees about financial transparency, aka, financial infidelity. 5. Your partner is in denial about their debt. Which of these has ever happened to you? What did you do to resolve it? Have a fab day ahead.

I am simply a super proud mum of my daughter and her peers too. She always puts the work in, even at her tender age of just 20 years old. Well done to each and every one of you🎉🏆🎉. Keep up the awesome work.
Thrilled to announce our recent win at the CIOB Student Challenge! Participating in this competition provided an invaluable learning experience. Our team was tasked with redesigning a modular extension on existing education trust land in Middlesbrough. We encountered various obstacles, including addressing objections on transport and parking, and meeting Sports England's concerns about the Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) and drainage systems. Through collaboration and innovative thinking, our team successfully tackled these challenges head-on. We devised a sustainable project strategy that not only addressed the issues at hand but also incorporated measures for Sustainability and Bio-Diversity Net Gain, all while delivering Social Value. This victory underscores our ability to navigate complex real-world challenges and deliver pragmatic solutions. It's a testament to the power of teamwork, thorough research, and creative problem-solving. Looking forward to applying these skills to future projects! It was great working with you guys Rachel Vu, Laura Nkomo, Amin Rohman, Latoya Stapleton-Jelenke and Matthew Mason #CIOBStudentChallenge #Teamwork #Sustainability #Innovation #Victory
