We are hiring !!! Senior Office Administration Role We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Office Administrator to join our team in West Horndon. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of the office. Knowledge of the construction/scaffold industry/safety culture would be an advantage. Must be a driver due to location. Responsibilities: - General admin tasks including photocopying, scanning, emails, filing, etc. - Typing quotations in a fast and accurate manner, plus daily correspondence - Follow-up calls to clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Updating and inputting project records - Knowledge of SAGE Accounts is an advantage (training will be provided) Working Conditions: - **Hours:** 8am to 5pm - **Holidays:** 20 days holidays, plus bank holidays - **Salary:** Starting salary £25,000 to £27,000 per year Additional Information: - Job Type: Full-time - Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year - Benefits: Company pension, free parking, on-site parking - Schedule: Monday to Friday - Work Location: In person in West Horndon, Essex Start Date: - Immediate start or ASAP If you need more information about this job role or have any specific questions, feel free to ask! Last Saturday afternoon, we received an emergency call-out for Royal Mail building at their depot in Peacehaven. The team responded swiftly and erected this impressive structure. Roof works will now begin to address the leaking asbestos roof. Well done to Paddy Joe & Tony 👏 Were you aware that we offer a 24-hour call-out service in the Home Counties and central London? Our supervisor can reach any location within 2 hours to ensure safety. A team equipped with necessary scaffold equipment will follow shortly after. Also worth noting our company has an ancillary Asbestos licence to work closely with the Fire Brigade on any potential damaged or dangerous structures which require essential scaffolding.

Jeff recaps on our successful first phase of the Brampton Manor Academy project 🙌 After being called in for a full window replacement, it became apparent that the lower roofs wouldn’t take the imposed load of the scaffolding structures. Due to this, we opted for suspended (or hanging) scaffolds off of the main roofs of both the east and west towers. In addition, we erected a lay down scaffold off of some weak roofs to allow access to the high level windows around an inner light well. We are really proud of this complex scaffold and look forward to phase 2! ❗️N.B. That's not Jim taking smoke break, that’s a chalk break!
