Since launching our mentoring programme in 2021, we've had the privilege of working with some inspiring and engaged cohorts. Mentoring offers a safe yet challenging space to grow, and the benefits are undeniable. From career development - both within Scientific Group and beyond - to building soft skills, confidence, and cross-functional relationships, the successes have been plentiful. Both mentors and mentees have found the experience empowering, collaborative, and deeply rewarding. Here are just a few words they’ve used to describe the programme!

It's time to take women's health seriously. In Liv Gray's latest blog, she explores how misrepresentation, lack of research, and inaccessible information can keep women in the dark about their own bodies. On this World Menopause Day, let's shed light on the real challenges women face and push for better support in healthcare and beyond. https://bit.ly/3NspHaN #WomensHealth #MenopauseAwareness #BreakTheStigma #WeAreScientific

The team were onsite last week pulling off a super successful educational event in Berlin! From start to finish we covered everything - from organising kick-off meetings, developing the event programme with the expert steering committee, and providing medical content and logistical support. Huge shout-out to our digital team who developed an online registration platform and made all the on-demand content accessible online! #PharmaEvents #EventManagement #WeAreScientific

At Scientific Group, we believe that small actions can lead to big changes. That's why we're encouraging our colleagues to step away from their screens and embrace the outdoors through our October walking challenge. 🚶♀️🌿 We’ve partnered with Treekly® to plant trees with our steps, and in the first week we've already supported the planting of over 200 trees in Mombasa, Kenya! Regular breaks, fresh air, and a bit of movement can make a world of difference to our minds and bodies, and today, on #WorldMentalHealthDay, we’re reminded of the importance of taking these moments to support our mental well-being. How are you taking care of your mental health today? Let us know in the comments below! 👇 #MentalHealthMatters #WalkingChallenge #WeAreScientific

We recently had the opportunity to dive deep into omnichannel strategies during an all-day workshop led by industry expert Philip Vyt (Founder, Shyft). This was the perfect chance to assess how well our current activities are meeting expectations in this evolving area. We refreshed our understanding of omnichannel core principles and explored the latest digital tools to align content seamlessly across channels with consistency and relevance. We also reaffirmed our commitment to audience-first strategies - be it for disease awareness, medical education, or congress engagement. We're excited to put these learnings into practice to create dynamic, impactful campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences in the healthcare space. Stay tuned as we evolve our omnichannel strategy!

Boosting our positivity, wellbeing, and productivity are just some of the benefits of gratitude. Our Mental Health team recently invited us to share those things – big and small – that we are grateful for, and the responses were heartwarming. We shared our pets, weekend activities, appreciation for our families, friends, teams and colleagues, as well as new experiences, learning opportunities, and the simple pleasures in life. We're delighted to share a few of these moments with you. #Gratitude #MentalHealthAwareness #WeAreScientific

Grateful for the opportunity to join a group of like-minded disruptors to debate the challenges facing pharma, explore future possibilities, and be inspired by an eclectic panel of great speakers. We left this year's Pharmageddon with a renewed commitment to innovation and the courage to take risks. Exciting times ahead...watch this space! #pharmageddon #disruptors #WeAreScientific
