Kayan joined Sense in 2018 and has progressed from Support Worker to Manager since then, her dedication to empowering others and making a meaningful impact has shone through in everything she does. Kayan described her role as "not just a job but a chance to connect with people, support them in achieving their goals, and help them live independent and fulfilling lives through person-centre care."
