Track Records: Sequure investments provide compelling risk adjusted returns – we only work with established managers that have strong USD track records of between 13-20% IRR. Due Dilligence: Sequure subjects each manager to a thorough and independent DD process, providing investors with access to DD material for informed decision making. Risk Mitigation: We only work with top-tier US Managers, with each fund having multiple strategies to diversify risk through upwards of 20 different properties, different lenders, different local markets, and a range of carefully selected top-tier local operators.

The properties are ideally situated along several major interstate corridors connected to Charlotte and Atlanta, and offer mid and large-sized manufacturing tenants competitively priced class-B industrial space.     Reading this comment yesterday reminded me of the interview Sequure did with one of our US partners where we discussed the opportunities opening for middle market CRE. And this is exactly the reason Sequure provides global investors access to these top tier funds. (I have included a snippet of the 1 minute interview below as well) "Over the next two years, more than $1 trillion in CRE loans are set to mature, according to an analysis by The Conference Board using MSCI Real Assets data. This looming debt overhang presents a formidable challenge for CRE owners, particularly those with limited capital reserves or portfolios heavily concentrated in commercial real estate. As these loans mature, property owners will face the daunting task of refinancing or selling assets in an increasingly difficult market."
