Brett likes to challenge conventional thinking and he did it again today with some excellent ideas around differentiation and the ‘experience’ clients want when the engage a financial planning firm. Each speaker brought a unique perspective to the table covering everything from the how the financial planning process needs to become more seamless to building a team through the Power of Participation to Artificial Intelligence delving into the impact it’s already having and the pace of development. All relevant topics with great takeaways that resonated with us. Thank you David Ferguson, Anna Butcher, Dominika Sieradzka-MacCuirc and Courtney Sukitch for your insights! One highlight was meeting some students from Coventry University looking to start their career in financial planning. Led by Lien Luu, each student had the opportunity to showcase themselves to the room and they did brilliantly!
