Servicepoint advised a dashboard would be the best way to illustrate this information and created reports from our contract and field service apps to do this. Using their initiative, they added extra reports to the dashboard to show engineer response times from the field service app and suggested options for sales dashboards as well. In my opinion Servicepoint are the leader in Salesforce Field Service, their knowledge and skills are outstanding and they always go over and above to exceed customer expectations.
