We are proud to announce that SEVEN BRO7HERS BREWING CO have released another batch of the Salford Lads’ Club Helles Lager, making it available once again to support our urgent appeal. Every can sold means £1.50 goes directly to the club, helping us continue our mission to brighten young lives and provide crucial support to young people, helping them to reach their full potential. Earlier today, Jess—who began volunteering at the club at the age of 11 and is now 18—visited the brewery and was given a tour by Andy, the Brewing Supervisor. Jess, who designed the can’s artwork, is the granddaughter of Archie Swift, a dedicated member of Salford Lads Club for 76 years. Archie was a beloved figure at the club, known for his dedication and positive spirit. Jess continues this legacy as a committed volunteer, and her artwork can also be seen on our half pint cups and beer mats. Our club, founded in 1903 by James and William Grimble Groves of Groves and Whitnall Brewery, has a proud brewing heritage that we continue with SEVEN BRO7HERS BREWING CO. Eric McAvoy, father of the seven brothers, and Kit McAvoy were also members of our club, strengthening the bond between us. Our ‘Beer Gift Sets’ are back in stock online and will be available at the club from Saturday.
