Shaftesbury Capital has announced that Peak Performance, the renowned Scandinavian outdoor brand has opened its debut UK store in Covent Garden, at 49 Long Acre. To celebrate the launch, Peak Performance hosted a one-of-a-kind activation, transforming the historic Covent Garden Piazza into the home of a ‘ski rail jam’. The event featured impressive demonstrations from some of the world’s top skiers, including Peak Performance athletes Alex Hackel from the USA and Theo Thoren from Sweden alongside some of the UK’s best on-snow talent. Shaftesbury Capital PLC this morning shared the Company’s Interim Results with the below highlights: - EPRA NTA of 193.4p per share, up 1.6%   - Wholly-owned portfolio valuation increased by 1.4% to £4.8bn   - 217 leasing transactions, £28m of contracted rent, +7% ahead of Dec 23 ERV   - 3.2% L-f-L increase in ERV to £241m   - High occupancy: 2.7% of ERV available to let.
