📣 NEW RESOURCE: We have a produced Good Practice Guide for social enterprises, as part of the Social Enterprises & Sustainable Food Systems (SEFS) project: https://lnkd.in/ecJCUf2e The guide gathers insights to support social enterprises considering how best to enhance and grow their activities and beneficial impacts, particularly around food. The guide includes tips on: 🌱 Starting out 🛠 Setting up 🤝 Building partnerships 📈 Scaling 💞 Caring for yourself and others SEFS was a 2 year project responding to the ways the mainstream food system is failing people and planet, by exploring ways social enterprises could be part of the solution to creating a healthier, more sustainable, and fairer approach. We had a great time at London’s first Land Justice fair yesterday. Speakers and stallholders from over 30 orgs working on land justice were present. Good weather, great chats and interesting talks on international solidarity, who owns London, and taking action to save and manage community spaces. With People's Land Policy, London Mining Network, Housing Rebellion, Just Space, Global Women's Strike, Friends of the Earth London, Granville Community Kitchen, The Landworkers' Alliance, The Ubele Initiative, London Renters Union & more

We are delighted to take part in the Future Farms Partnership (2023-24) which will support more small-scale agroecological growers across Wales and contribute to more flourishing rural economies where the fruit and veg needs of local people are met. 🌱 💫 https://lnkd.in/gWewDZfs Working with Social Farms & Gardens, and other partners including The Landworkers' Alliance, Powys County Council, Our Food 1200 / Ein Bwyd 1200, Black Mountains College, Ecological Land Co-operative, we will support the planning application for rural housing on a Powys County Council Farm by offering and disseminating planning guidance.
