🫶Support the Sheffield DocFest Community Programme with #ArtsForImpact🫶 We’re delighted to be part of this year’s #ArtsForImpact campaign to help fund our 2025 Community Programme. Between midday today and midday 25th March, donate to us at the link below and they will double the amount – so you can make double the difference to DocFest. 👉Donate to us NOW at: https://lnkd.in/ekrZZs-E What is the DocFest Community Programme? ❤️👇 The Community Programme at Sheffield DocFest is all about expanding the festival experience for our local audiences, including free workshops curated by, for, and in collaboration with, people and communities across our city, as well as free tickets to festival screenings and events. Access to arts and culture is often not possible for people from marginalised groups, young people, and those who face barriers to participation, even though many of the films we show speak directly to marginalised experience and urgent issues. Our community programme is intended to target underrepresented groups and those who otherwise would not engage with our programme, to provide supported entry ways into our events and workshops, so that people of all ages and backgrounds can come to DocFest. What will your money be going towards? 🤔 The money you donate will: 🎨Support our provision of free workshops for local audiences 🎟Fund free tickets for screenings at the festival for community groups 🫶Enable us to extend our marketing to help reach underrepresented local and regional audiences. Please note only donations via BigGive.org will be doubled. Big Give can only match fund donations made through our Arts for Impact campaign page on the Big Give website using a valid debit or credit card from 12pm Tuesday 18th March to 12pm Tuesday 25th March.
