On our Together Day this Tuesday, we had a frightfully fun day decorating our desks and taking part in a “guess the number of sweets” fundraiser🍬🍭 💙The proceeds will go towards our end-of-year donation to our charity partner Seashell. They provide essential support for children and young people with complex learning difficulties and additional communication needs 💙 Congratulations to Heather for correctly guessing the number of sweets – just 10 out from the total of 748! And well done to our Claims team for going all out decorating their pod🧙👻 Hope everyone has a spooktacular day! #HappyHalloween

We’re committed to ‘doing the right thing’, so we’ve gone beyond this to introduce a dedicated ‘Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Work’ policy. This policy is not limited to a single location or communication between our people. We know harassment can occur beyond the walls of an office, so our approach applies to contractors, visitors, and all third-party relationships—not just our employees.
