Shields: Company Update https://lnkd.in/eEvhsrUw I would like to share some important news as we continue to develop, promote and expand our world class offering to the telecoms sector. After a three month sabbatical, during which, Dan Jones, our CEO, has been assisting with the running and transformation of his family business, he was asked to take on that role full time. He has decided to do so and therefore he will step down with immediate effect to fully embrace this challenge. I and the Board sincerely thank Dan for his many (near 20) years of leadership and loyalty to the business. I wish him much success in this exciting new chapter. Moving forward, I will expand my responsibilities as CFO to include the CEO role. Having been a part of this incredible team, I look forward to continuing to drive our company’s growth and strategic goals. Additionally, Dan Shields will step into the role of Chief Commercial Officer, leading our sales and business development efforts. Dan originally founded the network business in the late 1990s and played a pivotal role in pioneering the reuse market throughout EMEA during that period. His experience and vision will be key in guiding our strategic direction, enhancing customer relationships, and driving new growth opportunities. As we enter this new chapter, we remain confident in our strong team and are excited for the future ahead. With the dedication and innovation that has always defined Shields, we know we will continue to achieve great things together.
