Show and Tell is the space where young people can safely express their emotions through the power and joy of photography. We coined 'Photography for life, not likes' to lead the global conversation around communication and wellbeing. Designed for 10-18 year olds, our free programme includes expert workshop films with famous photographers, live feedback sessions exclusive for schools and a national youth-led exhibition curated by celebrity judges. The films teach the positive link between photography and mental health. Each workshop is accompanied with a task that will encourage the practice of photography as a mindful technique.
