As a result of recent standard approvals, we are seeking to expand our team of subject experts with sector experience in the following areas to collaborate with our product development team on a self-employed basis: · Polymer Processing · Battery Manufacturing · Process Industry Manufacturing · Machining · Science Manufacturing · Laboratory Technicians and Scientists · Healthcare Scientists · Technician Scientists · Research Scientists · Materials Scientists Subject experts should have sufficient industry experience to be able to support the development of assessment methods for apprenticeship standards aligned to those industries. Flexible hours make it convenient to align this work with other commitments. These roles are an excellent and exciting opportunity to contribute to securing the future workforce for the sectors we specialise in. Previous experience of working with educational assessment methods would be desirable, however training will be provided to those with the right occupational background. Did you know that we #endpointassess the Level 5 Embalmer Apprenticeship Standard (ST0890) and are ready to support your apprentices on programme. The Embalmer standard is designed for apprentices seeking a career to preserve, sanitise and present a deceased person, ensuring confidentiality, minimising risks to public heath and assisting the bereaved by contributing to a healthy grieving process. This is a 36-month apprenticeship and the EPA consists of two assessment methods… professional discussion underpinned by a portfolio of evidence and an observation of the apprentice completing their day-to-day duties under normal working conditions in their workplace with questions.
