This week our Managing Director, Steve Smith, featured front page in FE Week with Kelle McQuade, Chief Operating Officer, Training Qualifications UK, discussing the recent policy announcements in relation to future changes to EPA. Collaboration is at the heart of our #AlwaysMovingForward mindset at SIAS, so it was fantastic for Kelle and Steve to be able to bring two leading AO/EPAO’s together to deliver an important piece of thought leadership to the sector through a joined-up approach. As Steve and Kelle set out in the Opinion piece, “This is a major moment for apprenticeships and represents the best-ever opportunity for EPAOs to bring their expertise together to create meaningful change. Let’s work together to provide the space for innovation and opportunity for return on investment that these reforms are designed to achieve.” SIAS as a leading AO/EPAO in market is committed to continuing to work closely with all stakeholders to ensure a new principles approach to apprenticeship assessment can be implemented effectively and deliver meaningful change.
