Folkestone & Hythe District Council (FHDC) have fantastic support available for their residents who need it. In a bid to reach more eligible residents, FHDC partnered with ReachOut, our service which focuses on engaging and supporting disengaged residents struggling with debt. Initially supporting residents with Council Tax arrears, ReachOut has been able to increase engagement with FHDC residents, helping the council to offer further support to those who were previously going without.
