This significant project marks a pivotal step in the strategic expansion of ENERPARC AG within the solar sector. The financing package includes a €216 million senior secured project finance framework facility and a €50 million revolving credit facility. This structure is designed to support the construction and operation of solar projects as they reach the ready-to-build stage, offering flexibility over a 24-month period. The financing accommodates a mix of Feed-in Tariffs (FIT) and Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), underscoring the innovative approach to renewable energy financing. Our team, led by Dr. Jens Gölz and Peter Louzensky, is proud to have played a role in this landmark transaction, which highlights LBBW’s expertise in delivering bespoke financing solutions and ENERPARC’s leadership in the solar energy sector.
