This review, published in March 2024, is recognised as the key regulatory publication of the year for financial advice professionals providing at or in retirement advice, providing an analysis of how the retirement income advice market is functioning, whether consumers are receiving appropriate advice to meet their income needs in retirement and whether control frameworks within firms are adequate. The Clinic will offer important and relevant CPD important for senior managers, financial advisers, and all those with compliance oversight responsibilities within firms.

Today saw the first Budget under the new Labour Government and, like many of you, our Compliance and Pensions Technical teams watched the Statement closely, and have prepared a summary document of the key announcements which should be arriving with our member firms very soon.
