I am currently working with multiple Mid-sized & Boutique Law firms across NYC, who are looking to expand their transactional & litigation ability, within their Real Estate practices.
As we step out of Q3, into Q4 this evening, I wanted to bring an update to my network. Here is an outline of the opportunities requirements I am currently head hunting for:

💲 - $160,000 - $200,000
ℹ - 5+ years of experience across commercial real estate transactions, ideally with a focus on Affordable Housing / Public Finance. This position is within a boutique law firm, who's Affordable housing team have been operating for 15+ years across 25+ states, working alongside one of their most senior Partners.
🏛 - Associate Attorney (Transactions)
📍 - Midtown Manhattan
💲 - $140,000 - $180,000
ℹ - 3+ years of experience dealing with Commercial Real Estate (Leasing / Affordable Housing / Public Finance / Joint Ventures / Commercial Lending), with a focus on transactions. This is within a Mid-sized firm, working alongside & closely with the founding Partners, who established the firm over 18 years ago.
🏛 - Trial Attorney (L/T Litigation)
📍 - Lower Manhattan
💲 - $150,000+ (Bonus / Revenue share scheme)
ℹ - 3+ years of Litigation experience, with a focus representing Landlords & Tenants in Housing/Civil/Supreme courts, ideally a Trial Attorney experienced from pleadings to trial in Supreme court.
🏛 - Associate Attorney (Real Estate Litigation & Transactions)
📍 - Lower Manhattan
💲 - $140,000 - $170,000
ℹ - 3+ years experience within a Litigation-focused position (Commercial/Real Estate/Business), dealing with court room appearances & oral arguments, working closely with both Partners at the firm. This is a boutique firm, focused on Business, Commercial & Real Estate Litigation, currently looking to further expand the team. This will be an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to potentially shift their focus to Real Estate law.
As always, I am open to have a confidential discussion with anyone who may be interest, so please do not hesitate to reach out:
