To raise awareness of World Mental Health Day, this year we are sponsoring Oasis UK and their Happy Hat Day. This is a fantastic initiative to raise funds that will provide vital resources needed for their mental health support sessions, emergency interventions and counselling groups. #WorldMentalHealthDay #happyhatday #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealth

Mental health is important to us, especially on World Mental Health Day. Here are some of the ways we support positive mental health in the workplace throughout the year: 🧡 Our Wellbeing week brings teams together in activities that help us take a break from the daily routine. We share in fun tasks and get to know each other whilst raising awareness of techniques and sources of help to stay on top of our mental health. 🧡Our sister company, Still Human, provides a wealth of expertise, workshops and advice in health and wellbeing. 🧡 For the last few years, our teams have completed a Steps Challenge for National Walking Month. This year completing a combined total of over 51 million steps. 🧡 We have a strong team of 18 Mental Health First Aid Champions that provide internal mental health support. 🧡 Wellbeing newsletters regularly share information, tips and useful links on how we can help each other make time and space for our mental health. 🧡 We also offer support to schools and this year we have sponsored Oasis UK and their Happy Hat Day as they fundraise for mental health services.
