About us
We call ourselves Smile because that's what we try to make people do! Established in 2009, Smile Education was set up to provide a personal, local service with the emphasis on choosing the most suitable person for each opportunity. We are thrilled today to be able to say that we continue to reach and exceed our original goals. We take pride in providing the best teachers in the local areas and work closely with a wide variety of schools, supporting them in any way we can. A number of our team are parents themselves and consequently safeguarding is an indispensable part of everything we do. We pride ourselves in only placing staff in positions where we would be comfortable if our own children were being educated, and we always exceed DFE guidelines. To ensure that we maintain and improve our standards we continue to develop and grow our staff by providing ongoing training and guidance. With the continued support of our fantastic teachers, we are sure we will be making schools Smile for many years to come!

Such an enjoyable day yesterday at our annual Smile Soccer Stars at West Bromwich Albion Football Club. A really fun and friendly football competition for our local primary schools to get involved in, made even better with the help of the coaches from The Albion Foundation. Every pupil got a medal for taking part and Smile Education gave out the ‘fair’ ‘connected’ ‘inspiring’ and ‘ambitious’ awards to four winning primary schools.
