Interestingly, those with Bachelor's degrees tend to earn 15.7% more on average than Master's holders, highlighting the importance of early career experience. PhD holders, though fewer in number (1.79%), earn the highest salaries (€80,582) but see a slower return on investment compared to other degrees.
