The NHS Trust in the West Midlands has engaged with NHS SCW to develop an authoritative Productivity and Efficiency Plan for 23/24 due to an identified significant shortfall. Over a period of three months, our constellation of NHS financial specialists and subject matter experts collaborated with the Trust to discern and implement plans to successfully deliver £24m in 23/24 fiscal year.
