South Shore is looking for a Production Coordinator to join the team on a returning ITV Fashion competition series. 📅 Contract: April 7 - June 22 and Shoot Dates: June 9 – June 22 📅Some weekend days either side of the shoot may be required. What We’re Looking For: ✅ Experience on competition format shows – managing contributors, logistics, and complex shoot planning. ✅ Highly organised – able to juggle multiple tasks, build call sheets, rotas, and contributor travel schedules. ✅ Proactive and detail-oriented – loves spreadsheets, follows up on logistics, and gets things done. ✅ Great communicator & team player – able to manage a small team of Production Secretaries & Runners. ✅ Problem solver – can research, negotiate with suppliers, and adapt to fast-paced production needs.
