We are pleased to announce the appointment of Fabian Critchlow as Investment Manager. In his new role, Fabian will focus on the business services, financial services and healthcare sectors. He joins from Next Wave Partners, where he specialised in tech-enabled business services, and worked on a number of M&A transactions, including transformational bolt-ons and a platform investment. Despite the wet and windy weather, the Sovereign team had an amazing day at Brighton Beach, joining forces with the Marine Conservation Society for a beach clean on International Charity Day. Over a 100 metre stretch, we collected 635 pieces of litter, weighing a total of 9kg. It was a truly rewarding experience to help protect our coastlines and contribute to a healthier environment, and we learnt a lot about the impact of plastics and other materials on our seas and oceans.
