    We have just clocked our first year...! SpecifiVA came into being as a brand new start up this time last year. I can't believe we have passed this milestone- it's come so quickly. 2023 was an eventful and challenging year, and we had our fair share of nail- biting, just like most other start ups typically do. I'm so proud to be here, so proud of SpecifiVA and the wonderful people we have met along this journey so far. Hats off to Jayson Agustin for his pure hardwork and dedication and thumbs up to the revolving team of 2023. As we kick off this new year, we look forward to bigger and brighter outcomes as we reposition our service offerings, deeper within the residential lettings and hospitality industries. This year, we are pressing swiftly on with property portfolio management, operations management and high- level consulting. We're optimistic for the coming year ahead!
