If you see people in purple t-shirts in the Elmsleigh Shopping Centre on Wednesday afternoon (6 November), they are from the Spelthorne Design Code Team. They are keen to hear from you about what the future of Staines-upon-Thames should be. They want to hear your ideas about the types of buildings, streets and spaces you would like to see. 😊 Please stop by and say hello and share your ideas and vision. There will be maps and plans on display to help you share these ideas. You can spend just a few minutes or take your time to talk to the team. The Spelthorne Design Code will be a statutory planning and urban design document that will shape and influence the quality of the Borough over the coming years and you are all invited to contribute to the content of the code.
