About us
At Sport & Play we are committed to providing both high-quality regular servicing and maintenance, to maintain the standard and safety of your facility, plus the ability to supply and install new equipment as well as refurbishing existing equipment. We work within the Quest and NBS (National Benchmark Service) criteria to provide regular service and maintenance contracts that will improve your level of assessment, relating to your equipment. We are a family run business, small enough to care but big enough to cope. Sport & Play is managed by industry professionals with significant industry experience directly within the sport play and leisure sectors. Our Managing Director, Mark Cullingford, started his career in the leisure industry as a roving engineer for a leading indoor play manufacturer. He still passes on his in-depth knowledge of the sport play, leisure and play industries, and he is always on-hand to impart his expertise to both our clients and their staff. We have in-house engineers nationwide, allowing us to give you all the support and help you need. We provide our clients with our unique SportNet system which provides an easy to use, on-line log of essential checks and an instant record whenever this information is required. The ability to contact us either on-line or by telephone for advice and assistance is available to all of our contracted customers. Our clients enjoy the peace of mind that this provides.

Finance Administration Assistant 22.5hrs a week We are an established exciting growing business currently seeking a Finance Administrator Assistant to join our brilliant friendly team in Uckfield. The role is part time working between the times of 8.30am and 5pm Mon to Fri - working pattern to be agreed. As part of the administrative team you will be involved the day to day running of the finance department. The role will include: ◾ Managing accounts inbox - action emails/requests, responding to queries and passing items to Finance Coordinator to action ◾ Company credit card reconciliation ◾ Producing and sending sales invoices ◾ Opening post in and actioning or distributing accordingly. Filing documents ◾ Reconciling and processing mileage claims, parking fines etc ◾ Miscellaneous admin tasks which come up occasionally ◾ Assisting with credit control ◾ Helping Managing Director with adhoc admin tasks ◾ Reconciliation of all projects - Brewery Portals for billing, helping with supplier queries, updating project actual costs ◾ Help with updating and adding product codes
