Today is World Mental Health Day. Today we recognise the importance of taking care of our mental well-being. Remember, it's okay to not be okay and seeking help is a sign of strength. Let's spread love and support to those in need. Take care of yourself, you are important! This year's theme is burnout and stress in the workplace, so to address this, we're reviewing our amazing team's workload to ensure they are all well and have the support they need. We've also planned a staff fun day to show how much we appreciate the ongoing efforts they make to help others. #WorldMentalHealthDay #MentalHealthAtWork #fyp
