Great to have our National Partnerships Manager Timothy Masih speak at the Changing Lives Champions Network earlier this week. An incredible event to showcase the work which we are doing to diversify the sporting landscape in Scotland with sportscotland. #equality #diversity #inclusion
Thrilled to have spent time at the National Sports Training Centre Inverclyde, surrounded by stunning views and even better company! A huge thank you to Dan Gerrard and Pamela Dewar for inviting me to speak at the Changing Lives Champions Network as a Thought Leader, representing Sporting Equals. During my session, I spoke about the transformative work we’re doing in partnership with sportscotland and how and with a clear focus on embedding intentionality into our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). My career journey and how representation matters at all levels. Why? Because real change requires more than good intentions—it demands strategy, evidence, and accountability. By aligning our EDI efforts with measurable outcomes and leadership priorities, we’re not only changing systems—we’re changing lives. whilst it is exciting to be part of a movement that’s using data, stories, and impact to create more inclusive, equitable environments in sports and beyond. There is still much more work which needs to be done!
