Linking automation with DoE ensures better robustness, reproducibility, and efficiency in assay development. I’ve seen teams struggle when they try to go beyond 2 factor experiments. I've seen teams try to manage assay development in Excel. And I've also seen 6-8 weeks for assay development... That’s too long! It doesn’t have to be this way. 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁. It’s time to bridge the gap between automation and DoE. If you’re still using OFAT you’re leaving valuable insights on the table. Stop doing trial and error or guessing. Here’s an example of how quickly you can design and execute a DoE experiment with SPT Labtech dragonfly discovery and Synthace Simple, intuitive and fast execution means I can complete everything in under an hour. Theoretically I can run 3 DoE's in a day in my 9-5 because of Synthace and the dragonfly discovery 🤯 6-8 weeks for assay development is too long! 📈 Scaling up by scaling down with mosquito NGS library preps don’t have to be high-cost. A recent study showcased miniaturized high-throughput workflows for small and long RNA-seq profiling of extracellular RNA. By using SPT Labtech mosquito pipettors, researchers scaled down reaction volumes to 1/5th, significantly reducing per-sample costs, while maintaining RNA library complexity and read depth.
