Exciting news from Shinfield Studios - a new 18 stage studio facility for film and TV production near Reading. The newest stages are now open, ready to host film and TV production of any size. In support of the development's ambitious sustainability targets, our specialists have been advising on the BREEAM Assessment across offices, catering areas, sound studios and workshops. As a result, the development has achieved BREEAM 'Excellent' interim certification for two Design Stage Assessments, with the Office Assessment now fully certified as 'Excellent'. By embedding sustainable principles, we've supported Shinfield Studios to achieve a longer building lifespan, minimised water usage and reduced carbon impact.
