Did you know... October 23rd is World Edible Insects Day! That's today. So our founders @Daniel and @Geoff took a photo to celebrate this fact. Our cricket farm in Norfolk is expanding fast, as more people wake up to the fact that insects are the key to a reliable and sustainable global food supply. Crickets are very much part of the Asian and Latin American diets and have been for generations, however, this protein source is still seen as a novelty in much of the Western world. But with more people travelling and experiencing new cultures this is opening minds to new ideas around food!
