For the past six and a half years, Paul has been at the forefront of driving our growth strategy, with a strong focus on delivering natural, sustainable, and certified soaps, syndets, and ingredients to the personal care industry. A proud Yorkshire native, Paul works closely with our sales teams to uncover new opportunities to provide the highest value to our customers. Beyond his professional achievements, Paul is a dedicated leader, both at Stephenson and as a Level 2 basketball coach for York Eagles Basketball Club. As head coach of the U18s JNBL team for the 2024-25 season, he’s committed to mentoring and coaching, helping others reach their full potential. When he's not busy driving growth or coaching basketball, Paul indulges his love for travel—especially across the USA. Having already explored nearly 30 states, he’s excited to continue his journey, discovering new destinations and savouring local culinary experiences. British personal care ingredient maker Stephenson has signed up Brenntag Specialties to distribute its Durosoft product line in the USA and Canada. The Durosoft product range of emulsifiers are naturally derived esters, an alternative to synthetic ingredients, which deliver sustainable, multifunctional performance-driven ingredients for effective skin and hair care.

Stephenson is proud to announce the expansion of its distribution agreement with Brenntag Specialities, the global leader in chemicals and ingredient distribution. Building on our existing cooperative relationship, we will now support distribution in North America and Canada. The range will also include Durosoft, our multifunctional emulsifiers for beauty and personal care products. These naturally derived esters are an alternative to synthetic ingredients, which deliver sustainable, multifunctional performance-driven ingredients for effective skincare and haircare.
