This may be the quickest job we’ve ever done, I received and email on Monday 17th of April - 23, telling me that our clients had received the keys to the house as well as the cad files from the survey. Today, one year and one day later, the moving truck arrived whilst the contractor team was doing the final snags and site clearing and cleaning. This was a full “back to brick and studs” refurbishment of the whole house, fabric upgrade and installation of a completely new mechanical system including air source heat pump, and a full loft extension adding 40sqm. When the client said that time was important to them, they were serious, and this was only possible due to the collaboration with the whole client - contractor - consultants and architect team. I’ll be very careful about promising a similar timeline to other clients, thank you Hasan Dikme, Stonna Structures, and the fantastic team at Collective Works for a successful delivery of a sustainable and beautiful family home.
