Noble Structures are please to announce we have been appointed as Principal Contractor for a large basement & super structure contract in Addison Avenue W11. Site set up has commenced and we are looking forward to starting the main works in early '25. Noble Structures have recently completed a large basement and superstructure package of works on the prestigious Wilton Crescent in the Grosvenor Estate. Noble were appointed as Principal Contractor for the structural works and the programme was delivered on time and within budget. We would like to thank our hard working project & office based members that were involved in delivering the project. It was a pleasure working with RB Project Management and a wonderful, helpful design team in Simon Brown Architects and Michael Barclay Projects Ltd - MBP who delivered both the permanent and temporary works designs. We have recently completed a large superstructure and basement shell & core package in the Grosvenor Estate. Works were completed on time and within budget. We would like to thank our site & office based teams for their hard work and efforts over the last 50 weeks. Time flies when your having fun!. Our works consisted of demolition, excavation & formation of the basement to full property footprint, RC lift shaft with masonry cladding, new build mews structure, new build roof structures to the main building & mews and waterproofing works. We are pleased to share some progress photos of our project in Nutley, East Sussex. Our country house team are making good headway on a tricky isolated property for a valued client. Our works package consists of demolition, new build, waterproofing & RC works.

Some progress photos from our demolition & grounds work contract in Esher. Noble Structures were appointed to demolish the substantial existing building and to form the ground works and slabs for the new build dwelling.

Noble Structures are pleased to announce we have commenced work on a new basement project for a private client in Fulham. The client and their family will remain in residence whilst the specialist works are undertaken. No mean feat but our highly trained, directly employed work force will carry out the works safely and in a timely fashion.
