FOXES MALTINGS ON GRAND DESIGNS After nearly 25 years of manufacturing doors and windows, the thrill of seeing our products integrated into incredible projects never fades, so it was amazing to see the stunning Foxes Maltings project star on Grand Designs tonight. This remarkable build seamlessly merges traditional charm with modern design elements, and truly testing the team at Park Farm Design. The glazing specification and installation were particularly demanding, but seeing the final result on TV proves that all the hard work was more than worth it. The Foxes Maltings project is a testament to what can be achieved when innovation meets technical expertise, and our team are thrilled to have played a role in the project’s success. EXTREME PANEL SIZES The new SF60 & SF80 sliding doors from SUNFLEX in Germany are giants of sliding door technology, with individual panels up to 6m wide, up to 4m tall and up to a massive 800kg in weight - whilst overall door systems can measure and incredible 32m across. U-VALUES FROM JUST 0.8W/m²K As we look toward Future Homes Standard and an even greater emphasis on thermal thermal efficiency, the new SUNFLEX SF60 & SF80 provide stylish aluminium sliding door solutions for even Passivhaus standard eco-homes. The double glazed SF60 is capable of achieving U-value figures from just 1.1W/m²K whilst the triple glazed, ultra-thermally efficient SF80 can achieve U-values as low as just 0.8W/m²K. Unlike other manufacturers, these figures are achieved for the whole system and not by just including only the visible frame elements.
