I'm sure that many of you know already, but Katie Robinson is family and she has been here from the very start. We've always worked remotely, but recently we had to make the tough decision that moving forwards we had to be office based. Due to our fantastic growth, remote working was affecting our communication between ourselves and ultimately, to our customers. Because of this, we have reluctantly had to make some changes. Katie has lived on the Isle of Wight for a while now, has been a fantastic worker and we really wanted her to be a part of our plans when we move into our office. She didn’t want to swap the beach for the black country though, I wonder why 🤣 She is very kindly filling in until our new starter comes in, so you will still have contact with her but today is her last FULL day with Synergy (for now) Thank you Katie!

"Sorry for calling you at this time of night" "Sorry for calling you so early" "Sorry, I know it's the weekend but can you help?" We are hearing this sort of thing on a daily basis. Our customers feel bad for calling us out of hours - I get it. What they don't realise is that we love these calls. There's something about helping our customers out of hours that just feels that bit little more satisfying, perhaps because we know how much trust you have to put in a company to give them an urgent job at 10pm, 3am etc. so we know we are doing a good job. 0121 517 1593 - 24/7!
