We’re always ready to share our expertise with our #NHS and wider #healthcare colleagues. Most recently, experts from our Pathology First Point of Care Testing (POCT) team provided essential training on blood gas monitoring for 160 junior doctors. The blood gas test measures the levels of oxygen and carbon dioxide in your blood. By measuring the levels of these gases we can show how efficiently your lungs are working. Thank you to our colleagues Laura Sanderson and Heavenly-Joy Minta, whose knowledge and dedication were instrumental in delivering this training. Their efforts have not only equipped the up-and-coming medics with vital skills, but also contributed to maintaining the high standards of patient care that our #NHS partner Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust prides itself on. #Pathology #Innovation

We have achieved outstanding success in the 2024 International Laboratory Freezer Challenge, a global initiative to promote energy efficiency in laboratories by My Green Lab and I2SL: International Institute for Sustainable Laboratories. Our commitment to reducing energy consumption and integrating ESG principles into our operations stands as a powerful reminder that every effort, big or small, contributes to a greener future.
