Volume of sales, largest sale, commissions paid....If you can present and propose all of this information it shows your drive and determination along with your ability to accurately track your achievements 📕 Have your 'Black Book' ready to go - Coming to an interview with warm clients, a solid network or a clear eye for where to go fishing for leads again shows your desire to earn and achieve. To be successful in sales, especially in the UHNW sector you may have been working on relationships for years. Employers want to see an ability to convert! 🏫 Complete some training/Find a mentor - Especially helpful if you're starting out is knowledge development. With a number of courses ranging from those run by experienced brokers through to industry bodies offering qualifications there is great opportunity to upskill. Likewise, finding a much more experienced broker to mentor you can be hugely beneficial in developing sales and relationship building skills. If you think you know it all already, maybe superyacht sales isnt for you. With the global marketplace hungry for talent and converted sales, we're in a good place for jobseekers, with strong talent creating a lot of demand!
