A full knockdown and rebuild project with complex landlord works to the overall site owner Ford TC Harrison. The new site will include the below- * 4 pump fuel forecourt * 2 HYC300 300kW Alpitronic EV chargers * Waitrose shop * Car showroom forecourt area * Upgraded electrical supplies to TC Harrison buildings, complete with bespoke LV panels. We’re looking forward to making a start on site in the coming days. 📍Shell South Weald, Brentwood, CM14 5NA - Launched to the public yesterday. A fantastic new development. T.E.Ramm & Co carried out all electrical works which included the below. •DNO applications to divert existing electrical supply to a temporary builders supply at boundary. •DNO applications to have multiple existing LV and HV cables diverted/removed as required to a newly acquired parcel of land for EV area. •Bespoke LV panel to the sites requirements to support 3x EV chargers and petrol station. •LV install to 3x HYC300 Alpitronic EV chargers (chargers to be landed and commissioned shortly). •LV install to new sales building and forecourt. We are extremely pleased with the standard achieved on this project and we are sure it will be a great asset to Shell for a long time to come.
