Simon Edwards has been with TWO for 2 years, and during this time, he’s learned the ropes with the support of our more established surveyors and excelled in his role as a Sales Executive. Now, it’s time for Simon to take on a new challenge as our Sales and Customer Liaison Manager. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers is our number one priority. Simon will be an important part of this by working as a key point of contact who is there to assist not only with surveys and quotes but working closely with caterers, hospitality businesses and facilities managers to ensure their cleaning and maintenance needs are met on an ongoing basis. Simon’s transition is all part of a bigger plan to ensure we continue to offer the stellar service we’re famed for as we navigate a new chapter of growth. Sammy Donkor has been a valued member of the TWO family for more than 35 years. Having initially trained as a teacher in Ghana and Nigeria, Sammy came over to the UK in the 1980s and was introduced to our late founder, Alan, not long after he arrived.
